The service is unlike any other BP's. I ordered two large pizzas, a pasta and calamari. After taking our order, 5 minutes later the server came to let us know they were out of calamari, we ended up switching to shrimp Thai bites later on. We got our pizza fine but weren't given any utensils and had to ask for those (by the time we got them, we were almost done). When we eventually told our server that we were still waiting on a pasta, his response was "what pasta?". I was really disappointed since most BPs have great service! Two stars only because the food (that we actually did get) was alright.
